[후설] "위치감각의 위치화와 육체의 비사물적 속성들에 관한 세부사항들" (『이념들2』 2부 3장 40절) (2/2)

   In der Anschauung eines Realen liegt es allgemein, daß sie in ihrer Auffassung weitere reale Abhängigkeiten offen läßt, die noch nicht bestimmt (sei es auch nur der besonderen Natur nach bestimmt) zum Bestand der vollzogenen Auffassung gehören.

   It pertains in general to the intuition of something real to leave open, in this intuition's apprehension, further real dependencies which do not yet belong to the content of the executed apprehension in a determinate way (although they may be determinate in their specific nature).

   어떤 실재적인 것의 직관 속에 [다음과 같은 것이] 일반적으로 놓여있다. 그것은[직관은] 그것의[직관의] 파악 속에서 더 많은 실제적인 의존성들을 열리도록 만든다는 것이 [말이다]. [의존성들은] 아직 수행된 파악의 내용에 규정적으로 (비록 단지 특수한 자연에 따라 규정될지라도) 속한 것이 아니다.

Es ist also in neuen Auffassungen und Erweiterungen der alten beziehbar auf neue Umstände als etwas von ihnen Abhängiges, womit sich reale Eigenschaften des selben realen Gegenstandes konstituieren.

The real can therefore be related, in new apprehensions and in extensions of old ones, to new circumstances as something dependent on them, whereby real properties of the same real object are constituted.

그것은[실재적인 것은] 그러므로 새로운 파악들 그리고 오래된 것들[파악들]의 확장들 속에서 [다음과 같은 것에] 연관시킬 수 있다. [그것은] 새로운 상황들이다, 그것들에게[확장들에게] 의존적인 어떤 것으로서. 거기서[새로운 상황들에서] 함께 동일한 실제적인 대상의 실제적인 속성들이 구성된다.

Der Sinn der erweiterten Auffassung schreibt dann die Art vor, die der Fortgang der Erfahrung zu bewähren und näher zu bestimmen hat.

The sense of the expanded apprehension then prescribes the type which the course of experience has to bear out and determine more precisely.

확장된 파악의 의미는 그렇다면 종을 규정한다, [그 종은] 경험의 진행이 보존하고 더 상세히 규정해야 할 [종이다].

Mit der näheren Bestimmung gestaltet sich dann notwendig die Auffassung selbst voller aus.

With this more precise determination the apprehension itself then necessarily takes on fuller form.

더 상세한 규정과 함께, 그렇다면 필연적으로 파악 자체가 더 완전히 발전된다.

   In dieser Weise wird auch der Leib nicht nur als abhängig aufgefaßt hinsichtlich der primären, seiner eigentlich lokalisierten Empfindungsschicht, sondern auch hinsichtlich der ihm mittelbar zugeordneten, nicht eigentlich lokalisierten Empfindungsfelder und Empfindungsgruppen, so z.B hinsichtlich des Sehfeldes.

   In this way, even the Body is apprehended not only as dependent with respect to the primary stratum of sensation, its properly localized one, but also with respect to the fields of sensation and groups of sensation that pertain to it mediately and are not properly localized, thus, e.g., with respect to the field of vision.

   이러한 방식으로 육체도 의존적으로 파악된다, 원초적인, 자신의 본래적으로 위치화된 감각 층위의 관점에서뿐만 아니라, 또한 그것[본래적으로 위치화된 감각 층위]에 간접적으로 부속되는, 본래적이지 않게 위치화된 감각장과 감각집합의 관점에서 [의존적으로 파악된다.] 예컨대 시각장의 관점에서와 같이.

Von gewissen Leibesbeschaffenheiten, speziell von solchen des Auges, weiterhin von seinen leiblichen Zusammenhängen insbesondere mit dem Zentralnervensystem und ganz besonders von diesem selbst, andererseits von zugehörigen äußeren Reizen hängt es ab, wie das visuelle Empfindungsfeld ausgefüllt ist, welche Motivationen darin auf[t]reten können

How the visual field of sensation is filled, which motivations can occur therein, and consequently what in the visual field can be experienced by the subject, and in which modes of appearance it must be exhibited, this all depends on certain qualities of the Body, especially on those of the eye, and, furthermore, on the eye's Bodily connections, especially its connections with the central nervous system, and even more particularly it depends on this system itself and, on the other hand, on the concomitant external stimulations.

특정한 육체적 속성에, 특히 눈의 그러한 것[육체적 속성]에, 나아가 그것의[눈의] 육체적 연관들 특별히 중앙신경체계와의 [연관들]에, 아주 특별히 그것[중앙신경체계] 자체에, 다른 편에서는 수반되는 외부적 자극들에, [다음은] 의존한다. 어떻게 시각적 감각장이 가득 채워지는지는, 어떤 동기들이 그[시각적 감각장] 안에서 출현할 수 있는지가.

: somit auch, was im visuellen Blickfeld vom Subjekte erfahren werden kann und in welchen Erscheinungsweisen es sich darbieten muß.

Damit konstituieren sich also neue reale Eigenschaften des Leibes, der dabei offenbar als schon anderwärts konstituierter Leib beteiligt ist.

Along with that, hence, are constituted new real properties of the Body, which, thereby, is obviously involved as already constituted from elsewhere.

그와 함께, 구성된다, 그러므로, 육체의 새로운 실제적 속성들이, [육체는] 그때 거기서 명백히 이미 다른 곳에서 구성된 육체로서 관여되고 있다.

Reizbarkeit überhaupt wird so zu einem allgemeinen Titel für eine Klasse realer Eigenschaften, die eine ganz andere Quelle haben als die eigentlich extensiven (und damit materiellen Eigenschaften) des Dinges und in der Tat einer ganz anderen Dimension angehören.

So the capacity to be stimulated in general becomes a universal title for a class of real properties which have quite another source than the properly extensive (and therewith material) properties of the thing and which in fact pertain to a quite different dimension.

자극수용성은 일반적으로 이러하게 된다, [즉] 하나의 일반적인 표제가 [된다], 실제적인 속성들의 어떤 등급을 위한. [실제적인 속성들은] 하나의 완전히 다른 원천을 가진다, 사물의 본래적으로 연장되는 [속성들] (그리고 그와 함께 물질적 속성들)과 다르게, 그리고 실로 하나의 완전히 다른 차원에 속한다.

Denn durch diese Schicht, diese neue Gruppe realer Eigenschaften, die sich als reale ausweisen, sofern sie sich durch Beziehung auf reale Umstände im Realen konstituieren, verflicht sich der materielle Leib mit der Seele

For through this stratum, through this new group of real properties which display themselves as real insofar as they are constituted through a relation to real circumstances within the real, the material Body is intertwined with the soul.

이러한 층을 통해, [즉] 이러한 실제적 속성들의 새로운 집단[을 통해], [그 속성들은] 자신이 실제적임을 증명하는, 그것들이[실제적 속성들이] 실재 속에서 실제 상황들과의 관계를 통해서 구성되는 한에서 [증명하는 속성들이다], 물질적 육체는 영혼과 얽힌다.

; was auffaßbar ist als lokalisierte Schicht des Leibes, dazu anderes, was auffaßbar ist als Abhängiges vom Leibe (im vollen Sinn, diese Schicht schon einschließend) und den “Sinnesorganen”, all das macht unter dem Titel Bewußtseinsstoff einen Untergrund des Bewußtseins aus und erfährt seine realisierende Auffassung in eins mit diesem als Seele und seelisches Ich.

What can be apprehended as localized stratum of the Body as well as what can be apprehended as dependent on the Body (in the full sense of Body, including this stratum already) and on the "sense organs," all this forms, under the heading of the matter of consciousness, an underlying basis of consciousness and undergoes its realizing apprehension in unity with this consciousness as soul and psychic Ego.

육체의 위치화된 층으로서 파악가능한 것, 그에 더해 다른 것, [즉] (완전한 의미에서, 이러한 층을 이미 포함하는) 육체에 그리고 “감각기관들”에 의존하는 것으로서 파악가능한 것, 이 모든 것은[두 파악가능한 것은] 형성한다, 의식질료라는 표제 아래에서, 의식의 어떤 기반을, 그리고 [이 모든 것은] 경험한다, 그것의[의식의] 실제화하는 파악을, 하나 속에서, 영혼과 영혼적 자아로서의 이러한 것[의식]과 함께.

Dieses Ich, bzw. die Seele “hat” einen Leib, das besagt also nicht bloß, es existiert eine physisch-materielle Dinglichkeit, die durch ihre materiellen Prozesse reale Vorbedingungen abgebe für “Bewußtseinsvorkommnisse” oder auch umgekehrt, daß in seinen Prozessen Abhängigkeiten vorkommen von Bewußtseinsvorkommnissen innerhalb eines “Bewußtseinsflusses”.

To say that this Ego, or the soul, "has" a Body does not merely mean that there exists a physical-material thing which would, through its material processes, present real preconditions for "conscious events" or even, conversely, that in its processes there occur dependencies on conscious events within a "stream of consciousness."

이러한 자아, 내지는 영혼은 하나의 몸을 “가진다”, [가짐은] 그러므로 단지 어떤 물리적-물질적 사물성이 현존한다는 것만을 의미하지는 않는다. [그 사물성은] 그것의 물질적 과정들을 통해 “의식사건들”을 위한 실제적 전제조건들을 표현한다. [가짐은] 또한 역으로, 그것의[사물성의] 과정들 속에서, 하나의 “의식흐름”의 내부에 의식사건들에 대한 의존성들이 일어난다는 것[만을 의미하지는 않는다.]

Kausalität gehört, wenn das Wort seinen prägnanten Sinn behalten soll, zur Realität, und Realität haben Bewußtseinsvorkommnisse nur als seelische Zustände, bzw. als Zustände eines seelischen Ich.

Causality belongs, if the word is to retain its pregnant sense, to reality, and conscious events participate in reality only as psychic states or as states of a psychic Ego.

인과성은 속한다, 만약 그 단어가 자신의 실용적 의미를 보존한다면, 실재성에 [속한다], 그리고 실재성은 가진다, 의식사건들을, 오직 영혼적 상태로서, 내지는 하나의 영혼적 자아의 상태로서.

 

Seele und seelisches Ich “haben” einen Leib, es existiert ein materielles Ding gewisser Natur, das nicht bloß materielles Ding, sondern Leib ist, also

Soul and psychic Ego" have" a Body; there exists a material thing, of a certain nature, which is not merely a material thing but is a Body,

영혼과 영혼적 자아는 하나의 육체를 “가진다”. 특정한 자연의 어떤 물질적 사물이 현존한다, [물질적 사물은] 단지 물질적 사물이 아니라 오히려 육체이다, 그러므로

 

: ein materielles Ding, das als Lokalisationsfeld von Empfindungen und Gefühlsregungen, als Komplex von Sinnesorganen, als phänomenales Mitglied und Gegenglied aller dinglichen Wahrnehmungen (und was nach dem obigen weiteres hier in Frage kommen kann) ein Grundstück der realen Seelen- und Ichgegebenheit ausmacht.

i.e., a material thing which, as localization field for sensations and for stirrings of feelings, as complex of sense organs, and as phenomenal partner and counter-part of all perceptions of things (along with whatever else could be said about it, based on the above), makes up a fundamental component of the real given ness of the soul and the Ego.

하나의 물질적 사물은, [즉] 감각들과 감정의 동요들에 관한 위치화의 장으로서 [물질적 사물은], [즉] 감각기관들의 복합체로서 [물질적 사물은], [즉] 모든 사물적 지각들 (그리고 앞서 말한 바에 따라 그 이상으로 여기서 고려될 수 있는 것)의 현상적 구성원 그리고 상대항으로서 [물질적 사물은], 실제적인 영혼들- 그리고 자아소여의 어떤 토지를 형성한다.
